Choosing the right invoices template
An invoice is the document a client's accounts payable team actually processes, so the details that get you paid matter more than decoration: a unique invoice number, the date and due date, who is billing whom, a clear line for each item or block of hours, and payment instructions. Do the totals calculate automatically?
Yes. Each line's amount is quantity times rate, and the subtotal, tax and total fields are formulas. Calculated fields are read-only so a typed number cannot drift away from the line items.
Can I add my logo?
Yes. Open the template in the editor and use Add image to place a logo in the header area. The fillable fields stay in place.
Which invoice template should I use?
