Cleaning service invoice
For residential and commercial cleaners who bill per visit, per hour or per flat rate. The invoice records the service address and frequency, lists each visit, offers common add-on tasks as checkboxes, and has a separate gratuity line so tips are not mixed with taxable service charges.

Cleaning service invoice: questions people ask
Is house cleaning subject to sales tax?
It depends on the state. A few states tax residential or commercial cleaning services and most do not. Check your state's rules; this is not tax advice.
Why is gratuity separate?
Tips usually are not part of the taxable service price, and showing them separately keeps your records and the client's clear.
Should I bill per visit or per hour?
Either works. Flat per-visit pricing is common for recurring homes; hourly suits move-out or deep cleans with unknown scope.
Can I invoice a whole month of visits at once?
Yes. Add one line per visit and set the invoice date at the end of the month.
