How to cancel a DocHub subscription

Short answer

DocHub cancels by downgrading: individuals switch to the Free plan on the plan page in their billing settings, and organization admins change the plan in the organization's billing settings. DocHub's help center says you keep paid features for the time already paid for (or the rest of a trial), can restore the subscription until then, and aren't charged again.

Cancel DocHub as an individual

DocHub, another airSlate product, calls cancelling a downgrade to the free version. These steps are from its help center, checked on 28 October 2026.

  1. 1

    Open billing settings

Sign in to DocHub and open your account's billing settings (dochub.com/settings/billing/plans).

  2. 2

    Change the plan

In the Plan section, click Change Plan, or pick the Free plan on the plan selection page.

  3. 3

    Confirm

Confirm the downgrade. Your paid features stay on until the end of the period you've paid for.

Cancel DocHub for an organization

Organization plans are changed by an admin of the organization, under the organization's own settings rather than a personal account.

  1. 1

    Open the organization

Go to your organization in DocHub, then Settings → Billing.

  2. 2

    Change plan

Click Change plan (the page is dochub.com/organization/<your organization>/settings/billing/update-plan).

  3. 3

    Choose Free

Pick the Free plan and confirm.

Trials, refunds and your files

DocHub's help center says that if you cancel a Pro trial before it ends, you won't be charged, and its pricing page says that after the 30-day trial you are switched to the Free plan automatically. DocHub's pricing page also shows a 180-day money-back badge, but we couldn't find a DocHub refund-policy page that sets out its terms, so treat the details as unknown and ask DocHub support.

DocHub's terms say fees are non-refundable except under a refund policy for first-time self-service purchases, that subscriptions renew automatically, and that after termination you have 30 days to request your content. Download what you need before you downgrade.

Moving to PDFBetter works the same way as from pdfFiller: upload your PDFs (several at once), or connect Google Drive and import up to 20 files at a time. DocHub-specific settings such as signer roles don't transfer.
