How to cancel a signNow subscription

Short answer
On the web, a signNow admin opens the Admin Console, goes to the Subscription section and selects Cancel your subscription; access continues until the current billing period ends. Subscriptions bought in the iPhone or Android app are cancelled in the App Store or Google Play. signNow's refund policy allows requests within 30 days of the first payment and says no refund is issued when you cancel.

Open the Admin Console
Sign in to signNow as the account admin and open the Admin Console.

Select Cancel your subscription and confirm. signNow says cancelling auto-renewal doesn't end access right away; you keep it until the current period ends.
Cancel a signNow subscription from the App Store or Google Play
signNow says billing, renewal and cancellation for store purchases happen in your Apple or Google account, and that it can't cancel or refund them itself. On an iPhone, go to Settings → your name → Subscriptions → signNow → Cancel Subscription. On Android, open the Play Store → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → signNow → Cancel subscription.
signNow refunds and trials
signNow's refund policy covers requests made within 30 days of your first payment date; older transactions aren't eligible, and signNow may decline at its sole discretion. Usage fees are non-refundable, no refund is issued when you cancel, and in-app purchases are refunded through Apple or Google.
signNow's free trial is 7 days of Enterprise-level access and, according to its help center, needs no credit card. Documents stay in the account after the trial.
