Exit Interview Form: questions people ask
Are exit interviews required?
No. They are voluntary. Employees should not be pressured to participate or to sign.
Can answers be used against the employee?
Exit feedback should not be used for retaliation. Complaints about harassment, discrimination or safety raised in an exit interview may need to be investigated.
Should exit interviews be anonymous?
Anonymous surveys tend to get more candid answers. A live interview gives more context. Some teams do both.
Can I collect responses online?
Yes. Publish the form with the form builder and export responses to a spreadsheet to spot trends.
